UNGAR, PRINCIPAL PLANNER SUBJECT: ADVERTISING FOR 58 PORTUGUESE BEND ROAD It has come to our attention that the attached advertisements for 58 Portuguese Bend Road by Ms. Kathleen Tonsich, RE/MAX Associates, refer to the property site as "7 Usable Acres" or "7 Mostly Usable Acres." When queried, Ms. Tonsich explained that "usable" could mean that along with the residence that most areas of the property can be used as grassland, pasture land, or even agricultural farmland. "Usable" is clearly different from buildable or developable acreage. The uses enumerated are permitted uses in the Rolling Hills Zoning Code. @Printed on Recycled Paper.
