Total number of trees plotted on the survey map: 121 trees + hedge Note: This excludes the fruit trees and other vegetation in the lower section of the Sherman property which were not part of the survey tree count as the Shermans maintain these trees at a low height to maximize their own ocean view. There are also additional volunteer trees — particularly in the western RHCA easement — which were not plotted individually on the survey map due to time constraints.
