We would like to start the review of the soils report for the new pool we are anticipating will be approved
by the city at some point in the near future.
We understand there is a possibility that the Planning Department may impose revisions at any time prior
to the final approval, and we also understand we may not receive approval at all. As such, we assume the
risk in submitting to plan check in advance of final approval and are aware that any fee paid for the review
is nonrefundable in the event the project does not get approved.
