Gentlemen:
Enclosed is a copy of Ordinance No. 129 of the City of
Rolling Hills which was adopted on June 16, 1975 and
became effective on July 15. A copy of the Zoning
Ordinance No. 33 is also enclosed.
The following conditional use permits were granted by
the Rolling Hills Planning Commission on August 19, 1975:
Mr. Fred Lacy, Lot 5-CRB, 20 Chuckwagon Road, Rolling Hills
Article III,. Section 3.07 and Article V, Section 5.05,
Ordinance No. 33 - extension of an existing non-conformance
to permit construction of a residence addition which would
project into the side yard.
Mr. John Provine, Lot 44-RH, 2 Williamsburg Lane, Rolling Hills
Article III, Section 3.06 and Article V, Section 5.05 of
Ordinance No. 33 for extension of an existing non-conformance
to permit construction of a residence addition which would
project into the front yard.
