The owner, Mike Boyd has shown me his proposed plans. I am writing this letter in support of his proposed new house. I think the architectural style will complement the other Williamsburg style designed houses on the Lane. The proposed set back is in line with the existing homes on the Lane and to move the house back further on the lot would nega- tively impact Williamsburg Lane. I am in favor of the proposed second story living space. The new house will still appear from the outside as a one and one-half story house as do the other homes on Williamsburg Lane. I think this is a better solution to the need for additional footage in the house than to expand the houses footprint over more land. In conclusion, I think the house is well designed and would be a wel- comed improvement on Williamsburg Lane.
