A copy of the recorded Affidavit of Acceptance form signed
by Charles and Suzanne Thornton, owners of Lot 31-RH, located
at 7 Williamsburg Lane, is enclosed. The affidavit is required
in connection with approval of a request for a Variance of side
yard setback requirements for construction of a residence addition,
and for location of a spa and spa equipment in the side yard of
Lot 31-RH, per Zoning Case No. 344.
Enclosed also is a copy of the Findings and Report, prepared
pursuant to the action by the Planning Commission. The Findings
and Report and the recorded Affidavit of Acceptance form are to
be retained in your file on the property. When the final plan
has been signed by the City Manager you are authorized to issue
the building permit.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Thornton:
This letter is to serve as official notice, pursuant to
Section 17.32.090 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code, that a
request for variances for a residence addition on a non -conforming
structure which would extend the existing encroachment into the
side yard, and for location of a spa and spa equipment in the
side yard of Lot 31-RH was presented to the City Council on
November 9, 1987. The Council voted to ratify the Planning
Commission's approval of the request on October 20, 1987.
A copy of the Findings and Report for Zoning Case No. 344
is enclosed for your information. An acceptance form, as required
by Ordinance No. 207, is also enclosed. Please complete the
form, have the signature(s) notarized, and forward the document
to the Office of the County Recorder, Room 15, 227 North .Broadway,
Los Angeles, CA 90012 with a check in the amount of $7.00. When
the Affidavit of Acceptance has been returned to the City, duly
executed and recorded, the Los Angeles County Department of
Building and Safety will be notifed that a permit can be issued.

in the side yard and extension of an existing non -conforming
conditi)n on Lot 31-RH was approved by the Planning Commission
on Tuesday, October 20, 1987, subject to conditions contained
in the minutes of the meeting on October 20, and subject further
to a field trip to the site on October 31 to approve the site
for the spa and equipment. A copy of the minutes is enclosed
for your information.
Thy Planning Commission's decision will be reported to the
City Cornell, as required by the Municipal Code, Section 17.32.090,
at their next regular meeting on Monday, November 9, 1987, pursuant
to the requirements of the Municipal.Code, Section 17.32.140.
