PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Commission of the City of
Rolling Hills will hold a Public Hearing at the property at 8 Williamsburg Lane
at approximately 9:15 AM on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 8 Williamsburg Lane,
Rolling Hills, CA for the purpose of receiving public input regarding the
following:
ZONING CASE NO. 855. Request for a Conditional Use Permit and a
Variance to retain an as built 256 square foot hobby shop located in the
side setback at 8 Williamsburg Lane, Rolling Hills, CA, Lot 37-RH,
(Ramsdell). The project has been determined to be categorically exempt
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
The Planning Commission's schedule is to visit three other properties beginning
at 7:30 a.m. before visiting this site. Therefore, the exact time of this meeting
cannot be established.
APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE: Chapter 17.38 — Variances
and Chapter 17.42 — Conditional Use Permit.
Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the
public hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese
Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA. We welcome your input. You may provide your
comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the meeting or come to
the meeting and address the Planning Commission on this project.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you
may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to
the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
The Planning Commission may continue to discuss and deliberate this case at their regular
meeting, scheduled on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Chambers, 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
