The PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Rolling Hills will conduct a field
inspection on TUESDAY, TUNE 19, 2007 to view a proposed project at 10
WILLIAMSBURG LANE in the following zoning case:
ZONING CASE NO. 742, Mr. and Mrs. Andre Livian, 10 Williamsburg
Lane, (Lot 36-RH). Request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow
conversion of a stable to a pool house/play room at an existing single
family residence.
The Commission's schedule is to visit another property beginning at 5:20 PM
and then proceed to subiect site. Therefore, it is anticipated that the
Commission will arrive at this property at about 5:45-6:00 PM.
The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on May
15, 2007, at which time the Planning Commission heard a detailed presentation
of the proposal: The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the Commissioners
and interested parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the
proposed project.
Any person is welcome to attend this field trip and provide public testimony.
However, due to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and
comments will be considered at the regular Planning Commission public hearing
described below. We urge you to review the application, plans and minutes of
the previous meeting on subject application prior to the site visit. These and
other pertinent documents are available at the City Hall Administration Building
located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
The Planning Commission will continue to discuss and deliberate this case at their
regular meeting, which will be held on the same night as the field trip, Tuesday, Tune 19,
2007, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.
