Such change is warranted because (state reasons) compliance would require
the proposed addition to be OFFSET in relation to the existip/ strnrture a diatance
of approximately four feet. This offset would be costly, unctionally undesirable,
and unsightly in external design.
II Such change is based upon the following described exceptional or
extraordinary circumstances or conditions that do not apply generally
to other property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone.

minimum requirement by the previous owner.
III Such change is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a
substantial property right possessed by other property in the same
vicinity and zone because (state reasons) the terrain of the property,
the existing improvements and existing level building pad on cut ground indicate that
the proper placement of the addition should be in the area noted. Plans for. the

Applications are considered at the regular meetings of the Planning
which are held the fourth Tuesday of each month. Applications must

month in which the hearing is to be held.
