Subject: Zoning Case No. 307
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Capellino:
This letter is to serve as official notice, pursuant to Section
17.32.090 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code, that a Conditional Use
Permit for construction of a tennis court on your property located at
11 Wide Loop Road in the City of Rolling Hills was approved by the
Planning Commission on Tuesday, January 15, 1985. A formal report
of the Planning Commission as required by Section 17.32.086 of the
Municipal Code is contained within the minutes of the proceedings
before the Commission.
The Planning Commission's action was reported to the City
Council at a regular meeting on Monday, February 11, 1985, pursuant
to Section 17.32.140 of the Municipal Code. Since no .action was ,
taken by the Council, the decision of the Planning Commission has •
been ratified by the City Council and the Conditional Use Permit
for a tennis court as outlined on a plan submitted for Zoning Case
No. 307 is approved.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Capellino:
A request for a Conditional Use Permit for construction
of a tennis court on your property, Lot 6-EF located at 11
Wide Loop Road, was approved by the Planning Commission on
January 15, 1985, subject to Conditions of Approval for
Tennis Courts adopted by the Planning Commission in 1980,
(copy enclosed).
We wish to call your attention to Conditions #7, 8 and
10, which pertain to requirements for landscaping tennis courts.
A review of your file indicates that a landscape plan and
irrigation system, and a bond or cash deposit have not been
submitted to the City as required as a condition of approval.
Kindly make the necessary submittals as soon as possible.
