The study will analyze sewage flow conditions, by empirical methods, in approximately 6,600 lineal feet of existing sewer main, from the point of connection of the proposed sewer main addition to a junction with a downstream Los Angeles County Sanitation District Trunk Sewer Line. In order to determine the sewage flows within the focus sewer main, an analysis of approximately 800 acres of tributary area must be completed. This area consists of properties within several local government jurisdictions and range in use from vacant, to residential, to commercial uses. For study purposes, the sewage flows must be quantified based on the actual existing and/or projected land use of each individual property within the tributary area. 1. Preliminary research and consultation meetings with City of Rolling Hills, City of Rancho Palos Verdes, County of Los Angeles, City of Rolling Hills Estates 2. Research and plan retrieval of existing sewer plans for areas within the study limits 3. Preparation of base maps for sewer area study 4. Research, calculations, and analysis of parcel areas and land uses for areas within the study limits 5. Field survey of existing manholes at sewer area study limits and coordination with local agencies or operators of sump pump stations within the study limits. 6. Flow calculations for approximately 6,600 lineal feet of sewer main based plans obtained from local agencies. 7.
