The drainage design will collect and convey storm runoff from the project area to the northwest corner (near the proposed driveway entry) for discharge onto the street. Energy dissipation will be provided, where required, to reduce discharge velocity at drain system outlet(s). Water quality requirements will be addressed through the use of Biofiltration and other LID BMPs, which will likely be located near the driveway entrance to Middleridge Lane where all runoff can be treated in one location serviced by gravity flow. Harvest and reuse is also under consideration' for irrigation purposes, but the final design of this feature will depend upon calculated feasibility.
