I assure you that the fence height will not exceed 8' from the tennis court elevation and that the landscaping and irrigation system will be done per the approval by the Landscaping Committee and to the satisfaction of the staff. Shortly, I will obtain a bid for landscaping and irrigation in separate amounts which will allow us to make a determination as to the dollar significance of 15%. When I have these plans, I will be in contact with either you or June Cunningham to make the deposit and secure the permit. Sincerely, E. Fence not to exceed 8 feet in height 2. Landscaping and irrigation to be done to the satisfaction of the staff, with appropriate deposit + 15% inflaction, to guarantee completion as required To accomplish the above, kindly submit separate estimates for the landscaping, as previously approved by the Landscape Committee, also an estimate for an approved irrigation system for the tennis court, with a bond or cash deposit + 15% as a condition of obtaining the necessary permit for the tennis court. The deposit for the irrigation system will be released after the work has been completed and inspected. The funds for landscaping will be held for a period of two years after com- pletion and approval of planting, in order to guarantee growth and screening as required. If you wish to discuss depositing cash in an interest bearing savings account for the above purpose, please call me or June Cunningham and we will explain the procedure.
