The Planning Commission's action was reported to the City Council at a regular meeting on Monday, August 12, 1985, pursuant to Section 17.32.140 of the Municipal Code. Since no action was taken by the Council regarding the approval, the decision of the Planning Commission has been rati- fied by the City Council, and the Variance for construction as shown on a plan submitted for Zoning Case No. 315 is approved. An acceptance form as required by Ordinance No. 207 is enclosed.
