L a a . • • November 18, 1980 Planning Commission City of Rolling Hills California Attention: Chairman, Planning Commission Subject: Zoning Case No.,214 - Conditional Use Permit - Dated 22 August 1978 Dear Mr. Chairman: The City Manager has stated that the above permit has lapsed and that I must apply for a new permit. However, according to Section 6.11 of the City Ordinance, it states that the permit becomes nul and void after one year if no action has been taken on the permit. Item III of my conditional use permit states the items that I must act on. Within the year after issuance of the permit I complied with paragraphs one and two. Paragraph three is only a statement that the Planning Commission does not approve design or configuration of the house. In conclusion I have abided by the time limit set on the permit and have indeed reduced the stable size and submitted item two signed by a Civil'Engineer. The aforementioned items were completed before the one year allowed. Please let me know why I should have to re -apply for a permit.
