Planning Commission
City of Rolling Hills
California
Attention: Chairman, Planning Commission
Subject: Zoning Case No.,214 - Conditional Use Permit -
Dated 22 August 1978
Dear Mr. Chairman:
The City Manager has stated that the above permit has lapsed
and that I must apply for a new permit.
However, according to Section 6.11 of the City Ordinance, it
states that the permit becomes nul and void after one year if
no action has been taken on the permit.
Item III of my conditional use permit states the items that I
must act on. Within the year after issuance of the permit I
complied with paragraphs one and two. Paragraph three is only
a statement that the Planning Commission does not approve design
or configuration of the house.
In conclusion I have abided by the time limit set on the permit
and have indeed reduced the stable size and submitted item two
signed by a Civil'Engineer.
The aforementioned items were completed before the one year
allowed.
Please let me know why I should have to re -apply for a permit.
I am not anxious to expend $500.00 for what appears to be a
valid conditional use permit.
Yours ve
