When the Planning Commission approved the permit for the satellite antenna, screening of the antenna with mature landscaping was required. Section 17.16.011.E of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code allows a permit to be granted for a satellite antenna as an accessory use under certain conditions (attached). You are formally requested to provide landscape screening for the satellite antenna to comply with the Municipal Code and to contact this office within the next twenty days. All wiring and cables emanating from a satellite antenna or plumbing devices from solar panels shall be in- stalled in compliance with applicable installation require- ments, 6. A building, plumbing and/or electrical permit, as applicable, shall be obtained prior to installation, 7.
