The Planning Commission's action was reported to the City Council at a regular meeting on June 9, 1986, pursuant to Section 17.32.140 of the Municipal Code. Since no action was taken by the Council regarding the approval, the decision of the Planning Commission has been ratified by the City Council and the Variance as shown on a plan submitted for Zoning Case No. 325 is approved. An acceptance form, as required by Ordinance No. 207, is enclosed.
