A formal report of the Planning Commission as required by Section 17.32.086 of the Municipal Code is contained within the minutes of the proceedings before the Commission. The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills reviewed the action of the Planning Commission at a regular meeting on May 14, 1984, pur- suant to Section 17.32.140 of the Municipal Code. Since no action was taken by the Council regarding the Conditional Use Permit, the Planning Couunission's approval has been ratified by the City Council. This notice shall serve as a copy of the decision of the Plan- ning Commission. A formal report of the Planning Commission's action as required by Section 17.32.086 of the Municipal Code is contained in the minutes of the proceedings before the Commission. The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills will be reviewing the action of the Planning Commission on Monday, May 14, 1984 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall pursuant to Section 17.32.140 of the Municipal Code of the City of Rolling Hills to deter- mine whether the action of the Planning Commission should be appealed by the Council.
