Dear Mr. and Mrs. Siegal:
This letter is to serve as official notice, pursuant to Section
17.32.090 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code, that a Conditional Use
Permit for construction of a tennis court on Lot 115-2-RH located at
2 Quail Ridge Road North was approved by the Planning Commission on
April 17, 1984. A formal report of the Planning Commission as required
by Section 17.32.086 of the Municipal Code is contained within the
minutes of the proceedings before the Commission.
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills reviewed the action
of the Planning Commission at a regular meeting on May 14, 1984, pur-
suant to Section 17.32.140 of the Municipal Code. Since no action was
taken by the Council regarding the Conditional Use Permit, the Planning
Couunission's approval has been ratified by the City Council.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Siegal:
This letter is to serve as official notice, pursuant to Section
17.32.090 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code, that a Conditional Use
Permit for construction of a tennis court on Lot 115-2-RH located at
2 Quail Ridge Road North has been approved by the City Planning Com-
mission. 0n Tuesday, April 17, 1984 the Planning Commission approved
the permit, subject to established guidelines for tennis courts, a
copy of which has been given to Mr. Lowell Lusk, your architect; and
subject further to approval by the County of grading and drainage, and
landscaping of the tennis court for screening, as approved by the
Landscape Committee of the Rolling Hills Community Association.
This notice shall serve as a copy of the decision of the Plan-
ning Commission. A formal report of the Planning Commission's action
as required by Section 17.32.086 of the Municipal Code is contained
in the minutes of the proceedings before the Commission.
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills will be reviewing
the action of the Planning Commission on Monday, May 14, 1984 at
7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall pursuant to Section
17.32.140 of the Municipal Code of the City of Rolling Hills to deter-
mine whether the action of the Planning Commission should be appealed
by the Council.
