At that meeting, the Planning Commission voted to approve the request for a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Review for the proposed guest house. The Planning Commission's decision will be reported to the City Council at their regular meeting on May 14, 1990. The decision of the Planning Commission may be appealed, pursuant to Sections 17.32.140 and 17.32.150 (copies enclosed) of the Municipal Code. A copy of Resolution No. 598, establishing the fee for filing an appeal, is also enclosed for your information.
