17.32.090 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code, that your request
for a Conditional Use Permit for a guest house on Lot 114-RH,
3 Quail. Ridge Road, .was approved 'by the Planning- Commission at
their meeting _on_ Tuesday, _Fe-bruary 16, = 1-98-8, - subject _to:- the -
following -conditions: - that- it comply with all: the requirements
set forth in Ordinance No. 215 and the policy memorandum -dated
March 1980; and, the Conditional"' "Use Permit be contingent .upon
the approval of the architectural plans by the RHCA Architectural
Committee.
A formal report of the Commission's action will be recorded
in the minutes of the proceedings before the Planning Commission,
and will be made available to you. after approval by the Commission.
The Planning Commission's decision will be reported to the
City Council, as required by the Municipal Code, Section 17.32.090,
at their next regular meeting on -Monday, March 14, 1988, pursuant
to the requirements of the Municipal Code, Section 17.3.2.140.
