The subject property is located at 49 Eastfield Drive (Lot 33-EF) Rolling Hills, CA, (Craig & Cindy Waldman). The project has been determined to be categorically exempt (Class 3) pursuant to Section 15303 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE: Conditional Use Permit - Chapter 17.42 Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the public hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA. We welcome your input. You may provide your comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the meeting or come to the meeting and address the Planning Commission on this project. If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearings.
