Mr. and Mrs. Chillingworth, request for a Variance to construct a swimming pool, which would encroach into the front setback at an existing single family residence at 7 Quail Ridge Road North, Rolling Hills, CA. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on August 16, 2005, at which time the Planning Commission heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the Commissioners and interested parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the proposed project. Any person is welcome to attend this field trip and provide public testimony. However, due to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and comments will be considered at the regular Planning Commission public hearing described below. We urge you to review the application, plans and minutes of the previous meeting on subject application prior to the site visit. These and other pertinent documents are available at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
