The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on April 17, 2018, at which time a detailed presentation of the proposal was made. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize members of the Planning Commission and interested parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the project. Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the public hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA. We welcome your input. You may provide your comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the meeting or come to the meeting and address the Planning Commission on this project. If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearings.
