Applications are considered at the regular meetings of the Planning Couutiission,
which are held the fourth Tuesday of each month. Applications must be submitted
to the Planning Commission Secretary no later than the first Monday of the
month in which the hearing is to be held.
A filing fee of $25.00 must accompany the application; make check payable
to THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS.

During the course of construction heavy rock formation required
house angle to be changed creating an extension of l0'6" into
side yard requirements. This extension involves a 25' boundary
easement and in no way effects the view , privacy or is in no way
detrimental to any other property owner.
The easement itself is of the canyon variety and is in fact unusable.
