Applications are considered at the regular meetings of the Planning Couunission,
which are held the fourth Tuesday of each month. Applications must be submitted
to the Planning Commission Secretary no later than the first Monday of the
month in which the hearing is to be held.
A filing fee of $25.00 must accompany the application; make check payable
to THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS.

II. The House is already 24 ft from the North property line, thus
the north side of the property is not now a legal rearyard.
The owners wish to enlarge the Family Room by 4 ft, which
would still leave 20 ft to the property line, the legal
sideyard requirement. Since the West property line tends to
be more opposite Saddleback Road than the North property line,
it would seem this side of the property could be considered
the rearyard.
