The Planning Commission's scheduled is to visit two other properties beginning at 7:30 a.m.
and then proceed to this site.
The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on December 15, 2015
at which time the Commissioners heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The purpose
of the field trip is to familiarize the members of the Planning Commission and interested
parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the project.
Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the hearings at the
City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA. We
