RE: Zoning Case No. 386;
Request for Conditional Use Permit for a corral, and Site
Plan Review for a stable, located at 1 Ringbit Road West,
Rolling Hills, Lot 5-SF
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Sipes:
The Planning Commission, at their meeting on April 18, 1989,
voted to approve the above request, and, adopted a Resolution of
Approval (enclosed), setting forth the conditions of approval.
Subsequently, at their meeting on April 24, 1989, the City Council
voted to ratify the Planning Commission's report of approval.
In reviewing our files, it was discovered that an executed
Affidavit of Acceptance form, required pursuant to Section 17.32.087
of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code (enclosed), and, the final step in
the approval process, was never received by the City. Thus, please
complete the enclosed Affidavit of Acceptance form, have the
signature(s) notarized, and forward the Affidavit to the Office of the
County Recorder, Room 15, 227 North Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012,
with a check in the amount of $7.00. Once the Affidavit of Acceptance
has been returned to the City, duly executed and recorded, the
approval process shall be deemed complete.
Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please feel
free to contact Mr. Ray Hamada, Principal Planner, at 377-1521.
Very truly,

Dear Mr. Hamada;
MAY 1 7 1990
The purpose of this letter is to explain certain changes
we have made in the plans for a barn on our property at
#1 Ringbit Road West.
We have decided to build a metal building on the property.
The building will be built to standards acceptable to the
city by Ring 0f Steel Corp.
The building/barn, will be one story and will have two
stalls, a tack room and a hay storage room. The structure
will have approx. 700 square feet.
This plan differs from our original in that the original
was three stalls, two stories, made of wood, and had much
more squar- ootage.
