# 3 spur Lane, West.
Gentlemen:
I have inspected the purposed location on which the
stable requested by Dr. Houske is to be built. After
throughly examining both the property and the plans,
I find no objections to granting this proposed variance.

We respectfully request the consideration and necessary Special Permit for
the following proposed additions to the subject project:
1. Permission to encroach on the 10=foot west side yard for the
addition of Maid' s quarters and Family Room. The 25-foot
easement will be maintained.
The existing structure is located within the sideyard. The
property adjoining on the west has a water tank and no dwellings
are on the property.
2. Permission to encroach on the 10-foot east side yard for the addition
of Master Bedroom facilities. The 25-foot easement will be main-
tained. The unfortunate configuration of the existing residence
requires the encroachment of the Master Bedroom addition into
the side yard. The average side yard will exceed the 10-foot
requirement.
3. Permission to construct an accessory building, a stable with
appropriate fencing, in the front yard.
Preliminary approval of'the Architectural Committee has been
secured, subject to certain conditions. Proximity to the residence
and hillside conditions preclude location elsewhere on the site.
The required application fee of $25. 00 is enclosed.
Sincerely,
KENNETS. WING, F. A. I. A.
