The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Rolling Hills will conduct a field inspection
on Wednesday. November 3, 2004 at 7:30 a.m. to view the following project:
ZONING CASE NO. 689
Mr. and Mrs. M. Patel, 12 Southfield Drive, (Lot 35-SF). Site Plan Review for
grading and construction of a new single family residence to replace an existing
residence and a Variance to exceed the maximum permitted disturbed area of the
lot.
The City Council held a public hearing on subject zoning case on October 25,
2004, at which time the City Council heard a detailed presentation of the
proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the City Council and
interested parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the proposed
project.
Any person is welcome to attend this field trip and provide public testimony.
You are urged to review the application, plans and minutes of the previous
meetings on subject application prior to the site visit. These and other pertinent
documents are available at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2
Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
The City Council will hold an additional meeting regarding Zoning Case No. 689
on Monday, November 8, at 7:30 PM., at City Hall. Please reserve this date, as no
other notices pertaining to this case will be forthcoming.
