NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission Field Trip
scheduled for approximately 7:50 a.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 38 Portuguese
Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA was cancelled at the request of the applicant. The public
hearing on the item as listed below will be continued to a Field Trip of the Rolling Hills
Planning Commission scheduled for Tuesday, December 15, 2015 beginning at 7:30 a.m.
ZONING CASE NO. 889. Request for a Site Plan Review for grpading
and structural additions (guest house and 3-foot retaining walls) on a
property with a restricted development condition, and a Conditional Use
Permit to construct an 800 square foot quest house in Zoning Case No.

Lane North will take place as scheduled on October 20, 2015.
