In order to permit the structure, a property owner or their agent must submit an application and a plot plan for review from the City. The following information must be included on any plan submitted for checking: 1. Name and address of property owner and name and address of agent. 2. Dimensions to property lines from requested improvements. 3. Easements should be shown and dimensioned on the subject property. 4. North arrow and scale of plans. 5. Show outline of residence and any additional structures. 6. Note height of antenna from finished grade at total extension. 7. Show existing and any proposed landscaping for screening. Field inspections by the applicant with City staff may be required to verify information provided and ascertain compliance of the requirements set forth by the Zoning Ordinance.
