Gentlemen:
I have before me your notice of a public hearing on June 16,1987,
with regard to a Certificate of Compliance regarding
PARCEL A LOT B E F

I am unable to attend the meeting due to previous out -of town commitments,
but I do want to register, for the record, my concern.
I occupy, and have for over 25 years, Lot 94, which according to the
map, has certain common boundaries with Lots 95 B and, particulary 78.
Although the construction plans for the lots in question are not definitive,
my concern lies with the driveway that mast be constructed for access to the
contemplated dwelling on' lot 95 and/or 78.
To the extent that I am able, I will not permit or grant for that purpose
any intrusion upon or use of my property, Lot 94. I am informed by City Hall
that I am within my right in so asserting. Further, in the event that new
driveways are constructed, even confined to Lots95 B and 78, I would ask
close inspection as to adequate retaining walls and buttttreessing because it
appears that substantial cuts and fills must be made, and the degree of
slope could result in erosion and/or slippage that could possibly affect
my property, particulary with heavy irrigating that goes on.
I express my concern to you in the hope that cognizance of the matter
at the hearing will avoid any more serious problems as development of the
properties in guestion gets underway.
Thank you for your attention and cooperation. I am available for
discussion should you deem it necessary.

in book 58, pages 6 through 10 of Record of Surveys, in the office of
the Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the southwesterly line of said Lot 78, distant
South 44°39'10" East thereon, 55.41 feet from the westerly corner of
said Lot; thence North 13°02'58" East, 119.19 feet to a line parallel
with and distant 15.00 feet southeasterly, measured at right angles,
from the northwesterly line of said Lot 78; thence South 32°07'00"
West, along said parallel line and the southwesterly prolongation
thereof, 103.50 feet to the beforementioned southwesterly line of said
Lot; thence South 44°39'10" East, along said southwesterly line, 40.00
feet to the point of beginning.
