I occupy, and have for over 25 years, Lot 94, which according to the map, has certain common boundaries with Lots 95 B and, particulary 78. Although the construction plans for the lots in question are not definitive, my concern lies with the driveway that mast be constructed for access to the contemplated dwelling on' lot 95 and/or 78. To the extent that I am able, I will not permit or grant for that purpose any intrusion upon or use of my property, Lot 94. I am informed by City Hall that I am within my right in so asserting. Further, in the event that new driveways are constructed, even confined to Lots95 B and 78, I would ask close inspection as to adequate retaining walls and buttttreessing because it appears that substantial cuts and fills must be made, and the degree of slope could result in erosion and/or slippage that could possibly affect my property, particulary with heavy irrigating that goes on. I express my concern to you in the hope that cognizance of the matter at the hearing will avoid any more serious problems as development of the properties in guestion gets underway.
