FOLLOWING WILL BE AGENDIZED: CONTINUANCE OF THE PUBLIC
HEARING IN ZONING CASE NO. 862, FURTHER CONSIDERATION OF A
REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW FOR ADDITIONAL GRADING AND
MODIFICATION TO BASEMENT ACCESS AND A VARIANCE TO
RECONSTRUCT THE REAR SLOPES THAT WOULD BE STEEPER THAN THE
MAXIMUM PERMITTED SLOPES (“DEFERRED ITEMS”) IN ZONING CASE NO.
