Dear Mayor and Members of The City Council,
My buyers (Mr. & Mrs. Hsiao) have just opened escrow (August
21, 1998) on the subject property. Upon doing our due
diligence, my buyers and I have discovered that although the
subject property is physically in the City Of Rolling Hills
Estates, the City of Rolling Hills has deed restrictions on
the property.
My buyers are requesting that their property be allowed to
be annexed by the City of Rolling Hills so that they only
have to deal with the rules and regulations of one City
rather than two. I am enclosing a plat map of the subject
property and some surrounding properties on which we will
try to indicate the proposed Access to the subject property.
