BEND .ROAD (ZONING CASE NO. 471) (Continued) CONSIDERATION OF NEW DRIVEWAY ACCESS AT 20 PORTUGUESE BEND ROAD (ZONING CASE NO. 471) The Commission approved the conceptual plan of the new driveway access at the subject location as proposed, however, determined that the driveway should be at a ninety degree angle to the roadway; the driveway entrance should be roughened to assist equestrian crossing; the applicant shall trim back growth uphill of the driveway to improve sight distance and that the apron should be a minimum of twenty-four feet (24') in width. I have requested that Deputy Traffic Engineer Joanne Itagaki review this application on site prior to today's meeting. Members of the Planning Commission will be considering this request at their continued public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, January 21, 1992.
