1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
The Planning Commission of the City of Rolling Hills met in person on the above date at 6:30 p.m. Chair
Chelf presiding.

Commissioners Present: Cardenas, Soo, Douglass, Kirkpatrick, Chair Chelf
Commissioners Absent: None

Motion by Chair Chelf, seconded by Vice Chair Kirkpatrick to approve the order of the agenda. Motion carried

12.A. RECEIVE AND FILE INFORMATION ON POTENTIAL DISCUSSION REGARDING
BUILDING HEIGHTS
Presentation by Administrative Clerk Kastelan
Motion by Commissioner Cardenas, seconded by Commissioner Soo directing staff to draft a proposed
municipal code ordinance amendment that includes a maximum ridge height for homes to 18 feet and a
maximum ridge height for barns, not including the cupola or other accessories, to 20 feet. Motion carried
unanimously with the following vote:
AYES: Cardenas, Soo, Douglass, Kirkpatrick, Chair Chelf
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
