AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS REGARDING THE MEETING TIME OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND AMENDING THE ROLLING HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2.20.030 of Title 2, Chapter 2.20. of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code is amended to read:
“2.20.30 Meeting Time. The Planning Commission will meet at the times and places established by resolution of the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission must meet at least once
per month, unless its agenda contains no items of business within the Commission’s jurisdiction under this Chapter. If there are no items of business within the Commission’s jurisdiction
on the posted agenda, the Commission will not meet and the meeting may be adjourned by the City Clerk, or his or her designee, to the next regular meeting date. The Planning Commission
will meet in the City Administration Building (City Hall), No. 2 Portuguese Bend Road, unless otherwise noticed in accordance with State law.”
