Dear Mr. and Mrs . Zuehlke:
This letter is to serve as official notice pursuant to Section
17 . 32. 090 of the :Rolling Hills Municipal Code that a Variance for
front setback requirements for a corral and stable has been approved
by the City Planning Commission on June 21, 1983 for your property
at 1 Acacia Lane. A formal report of the Planning Commission as
required by Section 17 .32. 086 of the Municipal Code is contained with-
in the minutes of the proceedings before the Commission, a copy of
which is attached.
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills reviewed the action
of the Planning Commission on Monday, July 11, 1983, pursuant to
Section 17.32 . 140 of the Municipal Code. Since no action was taken
regarding the Variance, the decision of the Planning Commission has
been ratified by the City Council . The project as outlined on Exhi-
bit "A" of Zoning Case No. 284 is approved.

Subject: Zoning Case No . 284
Dear Mr. and Mrs . Zuehlke:
This letter is to serve as official notice, pursuant to Section
17 . 32. 090 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code, that a variance for
front setback requirements has been approved by the City Planning
Commission for your property at 1 Acacia Lane. On June 21, 1983 the
Planning Commission approved the front setback deviation for a corral
- and stable . addition. The specif.ic .setback approved is shown on EX-
hibit "A" attached to the file of Zoning Case No . 284. In rendering
a recommendation, the Planning Commission deleted the proposed garage
in the front setback pursuant to your request during the hearing. A
new proposal for the garage will be undertaken without additional fees
or costs by the City of Rolling Hills for processing of a new variance,.
should you decide to file at a later date.
This notice shall serve as a copy of the decision of the Planning
Comm'..ssion. A formal report of the Planning Conanission' s action as
required by Section 17 .32.:086 of the Municipal Code is contained in
the minutes of the proceedings before the Commission.
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills will be reviewing
the action of the Planning Commission on Monday, July 11, 1983 at
7 : 30 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall pursuant to Section
17 . 32.140 of. the Municipal Code of the City of Rolling Hills to de-
termine whether the action of the Planning Commission should be
appealed by them.
