Mrs. Teena Clifton
City Manager
Rolling Hills, California
Dear Mrs. Clifton:
GRADING - #7 PACKSADDLE
We have reviewed the "as graded" plan submitted to the
Rolling Hills Architectural Committee in order to deter-
mine if work performed at the subject address has created
a hazardous condition as defined by Section.7004 of the
City Building Code.
In our opinion the site, as graded, is not a hazard to
life. and limb, nor does it endanger structures or adversely
affect the safety; use or stability of a public way or
drainage channel. .However, the grading performed without
first obtaining a permit as required by Section 301 of the
Building Code is a violation of that Code.
At such time as the Rolling Hills Architectural Committee
approves or rejects Mr. Roba's plans, this office will
proceed to carry out its responsibility in securing code
compliance for grading performed at the subject site.
If this office can be of further assistance, please call.
Yours very truly,
Harvey T. Brandt
