NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission
of the City of Rolling Hills, California will hold a public
hearing at 7:30 P.M. Tuesday, November 20, 1979 in the Council
Chambers of the Administration Building, 2 Portuguese Bend
Road, Rolling Hills, to consider the issuance of a conditional
use permit under Section 3.01 (D), Paragraph 3 (a) of Ordi-
nance No. 170 for construction of a tennis court to Mr. Phil
Steinberg, Lot 69-C-2-MS, Miscellaneous Tract, located at
87 Crest Road East in the City of Rolling Hills, County of
Los Angeles, State of California.
