On December 28, 1965 the Planning Commission of the City of Rolling Hills granted a variance in accordance with your application, which will permit you to retain on your Lot 55-B, Miscellaneous Parcels, at 5 Crest Road West, a servants' quarters with kitchen facilities upon the following conditions: 1. The accessory building described in the application (as servants' quarters) shall be occupied by ser- vants only. 2. The variance shall exist only so long as you the applicants, or either of you, are the owners of the fee title to said property, and shall terminate when you or either of you shall convey or lease your interest in said property to a new owner or lessee. 3. You shall give ten days' notice in writing to the Planning Commission of the City of Rolling Hills prior to the sale or lease of said property of your intention to so sell or lease, and shall prior to the transfer of said property remove all kitchen facilities now or hereafter constructed in said accessory building. • • -2- Dr. & Mrs. Paul Toma January 11, 1966 4. The real property for which this variance is granted is described as Lot 55-B of Miscellaneous Parcels, known by street number as 5 Crest Road West, Rolling Hills; and applicants agree that there never shall be located on said described property more than one family residence or occupied by more than one family except in accordance with conditions set forth in the granting of said variance. This notice of the granting of the variance is written in duplicate, and sets forth the conditions upon which the variance was granted. Your signature must be appended to the original of this letter in the place indicated, and returned to the City offices, and when so signed by you shall indicate your agreement to comply with all of these conditions.
