pages 81 and 82 of Maps, records of said county, lying 5.00 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
Commencing at the southerly terminus of that certain course in the southwesterly line of
said line having a bearing and length of " N 43°26'20" W6.93 162.48' " as shown on
said tract map, said point also being the intersection of John's Canyon Road and
