PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing
in the field on TUESDAY, June 16 2015 at 7:30 AM a.m. at 6 Maverick Lane to view a
proposed project in the following zoning case:
ZONING CASE NO. 883. Request for Variances to construct a 65 square foot
addition to an existing single family residence which will encroach into the
front yard setback and to retain an existing 140 square foot pond within the
westerly side yard setback on the property located at 6 Maverick Lane, (Lot 25-
SK), Rolling Hills, CA. (Thoren-Peden). The project has been determined to be
categorically exempt pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA).
APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE: Chapter 17.38 - Variances.
Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the meeting
at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling
Hills. We welcome your input. You may provide your comments in writing to the
Planning Department prior to the meeting or come to the meeting and address the
Planning Commission on this project.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you may be
limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning
Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
The Planning Commission will continue to discuss and deliberate this case at their regular
meeting, scheduled on Tuesday, Tune 16, 2015 be'inninR at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council
Chambers, 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
