Below are the minutes from the May 7, 2019 meeting of the RHCA Architectural Committee relating to
your submittal:
CATHY NICHOLS 74B — MS
14 Crest Road West Stairway Permit 6684
The Committee reviewed and discussed plans for replacing an outdoor stairway with resident Jim
Aichele who is representing Cathy Nichols. The Committee approved replacing the railroad tie
stairs with concrete in Rustic Brown, Lakeside Brown or Flagstone Brown finishes as submitted
and recommended a standard handrail be used. Please submit handrail design for consideration.
The decision of the Committee was unanimous; Judy Hollingshead, Bill Rogers, George Sweeney,
Luis de Moreas.
Enclosed is your copy of the RHCA Building Permit. Permit fees are due upon receipt; a return envelope
is included for your convenience. Please contact Kathryn Bishop for inspection once the stairway is
installed.
