The approval granted a conditional use permit for the construction of a tennis court at 25 Crest Road West, Rolling Hills, CA. A condition of the granting of the conditional use permit was the full screening of the tennis court through the use of landscaping. To date, the City of Rolling Hilts Planning Commission has not had landscape plans submitted to it for review and approval. Please submit your landscape plans to the City staff by March 6, 1987. The tennis court conditional use permit was granted in good faith. The applicants agreed to screen said tennis court with landscaping. The Planning Commissions approval was conditioned by the applicants assurances that they would screen the tennis court, with landscaping. Conditional use permits run with the land, regardless of property ownership. The conditions attached to the conditional use permit are obligations occurring to all successive land owners. Therefore, the requirement to submit landscape plans for review and approval by the Planning Commission is your responsibility. Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated.
