Rolling Hills, California. The property consists of
74,880 square feet net, and has a single residential
structure of 6,016 square feet.
For Conditional Use Permit for a tennis court which
will encroach approximately fifty five (55') feet
into the required front yard (Variance). The required
front yard is generally 150 feet from the northerly
edge of the Crest Road easement line. The proposed
tennis court would therefore be generally ninety five
(95') feet from the northerly edge of the paving of
Crest Road.
