Dear Mr. Hamada,

RILE
This morning, 11 June 1990, I submitted blueline copies of
Landscape Planting Plans, sheet L-1 through L-3, to you,
in person; as per your request; for your review. Please
review the plans at your earliest convenience. You may
direct any commentary or questions to my office.
You are aware; irrigation plans, planting plans, and
outdoor lighting plans have met architectural review
committee criteria and were approved by that authority.
I assume items of concern are screening the tennis court,
vines covering retaining walls and screen walls, etc. You
shall find all of these items have been addressed with the
landscape development plans.
The landscape was designed with the following issues and
design elements in mind; water efficiency, slope
stabilization, to meld with the community and surrounding
vegetation, to preserve views; to create a beautiful
California garden.
Again, should you have any questions, please call. I look
forward to hearing from'you.
Sincerely,
Steven P. Ellb

Reguarding: Pak Residence Construction
#9 Crest Rd. W.; Rolling Hills, Ca. 90274
On January 15, 1990, we conversed by telephone reguarding the
workers and vehicles using our driveway.
I see a sign was placed at our driveway entrance, presumably by you.
That has not stopped the construction vehicles from using our
driveway.
I am now requesting, by registered letter, that the workers and
vehicles for construction on #9 Crest Rd. W. stop, immediately,
the use of our property driveway entrance. We can no longer allow
this to take place.
We are posting an additional sign in English and Spanish; blocking
the driveway whenever we can. We'll ask assistance from the Sheriff
Dept. if we find anyone ignoring our signs.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Wayne Bemis

Dear Mr. Belanger,
Please be advised that we intend to install one office trailer
and one camper trailer for the construction superintendant
during the construction of the subject building. The trailers
will be approximately 20' each and will be located as agreed
by the City. Inspector.
The trailers will be removed upon completion of the construc-
tion.
Please advise if you have specific requirements regarding cons-
truction trailers or have any ordinance restricting their use
during construction.
Sincerely,
