Findings of Exemption (attach required findings):
The Planning Commission finds that there is no evidence that the construction
of a retaining wall and paddle tennis court in the rear yard will have an effect
on endangered or threatened species of plants and animals.
The Planning Commission finds that the construction of a retaining wall and
paddle tennis court in the rear yard will not have an effect on wetlands and that
water courses will not be eliminated or converted.
The Planning Commission has determined that the proposed paddle tennis court
will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment and has adopted
a Negative Declaration consistent with the provisions of the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
Certification:
I hereby certify that the lead agency has made the above findings of fact
and that based upon the initial study and hearing record the project will not
individually or cumulatively have an adverse effect on wildlife resources, as
defined in Section 711.2 of the Fish and Game Code.
