I understand that my neighbors, the Blombergs, are applying for permission to build a tennis court on the north side of their property. My primary concern in this matter is that the driveway, which jointly serves #21 and #23, be restored to an esthetically and serviceably satisfactory condition, should the permit be granted to the-Blombergs. After extensive uae of the driveway by heavy-duty equipment and trucks, much damage could be incurred. Futhermore, I am concerned about traffic safety and parking on the joint driveway. I would hope and expect that any tennis -playing guests visiting the Blombergs would not park on the narrow road leading to the house.
