Lata, I got a request to find out when a parcel was created and if there are any
maps recorded showing property lines/boundaries of the subdivision. I don't
have that particular subdivision here, nor can I determine under which
Parcel/Tract it was created. It's probably very old. The parcel in question is 7569-
013-007, Lot 87-RH, located at 21 Portuguese Bend Road. Please have your staff
do some research and get back to me.

Dear Sir,
I am a resident of Rolling Hills and live at the above address.
I understand that my neighbors, the Blombergs, are applying for
permission to build a tennis court on the north side of their property.
My primary concern in this matter is that the driveway, which jointly
serves #21 and #23, be restored to an esthetically and serviceably
satisfactory condition, should the permit be granted to the-Blombergs.
After extensive uae of the driveway by heavy-duty equipment and trucks,
much damage could be incurred.
Futhermore, I am concerned about traffic safety and parking on the
joint driveway. I would hope and expect that any tennis -playing guests
visiting the Blombergs would not park on the narrow road leading to the
house.
I would appreciate your condideration in thismatter with regard
to issuance of a permit.
