PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Commission of the City of
Rolling Hills will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 PM on Tuesday,
December 17, 1991 in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 2
Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA for the purpose of
receiving public input regarding the following:
ZONING CASE NO. 471, a request for a Variance to permit the
construction of a recreation/exercise room addition that will
encroach into the front yard setback, a request for a Conditional
Use Permit to construct a proposed new detached 4-car garage, and
a request for Site Plan Review for the construction of substantial
additions to the existing single family residence, for property at
20 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA; more precisely, Lot
58-RH.
MUNICIPAL CODE APPLICATIONS: Section 17.16.060 - Front yard,
Section 17.28.022 - Structures permitted in yards, Section
17.16.012.K - Conditional Use Permit required for detached garage,
and Section 17.34.010 - Site Plan Review.
The project has been determined to be categorically exempt pursuant
to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans
prior to the public hearing at the City Hall Administration
Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application
in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice,
or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission
at, or prior to, the public hearing.
